Are you an Occupational Therapist looking for career progression and/or a sea change away from the busy metropolitan area?
- Wallace Street Recruitment is looking for enthusiastic Occupational Therapists to join a well-established, multidisciplinary Allied Health Team, for a hospital group that is located in a beautiful area of regional NSW, near the beach
- Permanent fulltime and part-time positions are available, along with short or longterm contract roles
- This is an excellent opportunity to expand your experience in the hospital sector and also, in the community.
- There is opportunity to work with the expanding Injury Management Service, Post-operative Rehabilitation (in patient and outpatients), Aged Care and NDIS clients and, work with a passionate supportive team of professionals in supportive environments
- Both hospitals have well-appointed rehabilitation pools and there is an opportunity to work within one hospital or across two hospitals in the region
- A degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
- Current AHPRA Registration
- Australian Association of Occupational Therapists (AAOT) Membership
- Current Australian driver’s license (unrestricted) or equivalent
- A National Criminal History Record Check and a Working With Children Check
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, interpersonal and communication skills
- A strong customer and quality focus
- An ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team based approach
- An ability to work autonomously when required
- Well developed organisational and time management skills
- Commitment to professional development and maintenance of evidence based practice
